Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow animals at the chalet. This ensures a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding!
Is coffee included?

Yes! We provide 8–10 Nespresso pods for stays of 2 nights, with more available for longer visits. If you're a big coffee drinker, feel free to bring along extra pods to enjoy during your stay.
Can I swim in the lake?

While some guests enjoy swimming, please note that the water is not tested and leech encounters are possible. Swimming is at guests’ discretion.
Are bathrobes provided?

Yes! We provide cozy adult-sized bathrobes for our guests. Just make sure your booking reflects the correct number of adult guests so we can have everything ready for you.
Is there a BBQ?

Absolutely! There is a BBQ available onsite for your use. Perfect for a laid-back dinner with a view.
Is the tap water drinkable?

Yes, our chalet is on a well system with UV light filtration, so the water is safe to drink. That said, if you prefer, you're always welcome to bring bottled water.
Are there forest trails to explore?

Yes! You're welcome to explore the surrounding forest and enjoy a peaceful nature walk. We recommend sticking to the marked trails, as there may be ticks and poison ivy in the area.
Are life vests provided for water activities?

Yes! We have a variety of life vests available in different sizes for both adults and children. Safety is important to us, so please be sure to wear them when using the canoe, paddle board, or enjoying the water.
How private is the property? Are there any security cameras?

The chalet offers plenty of privacy—it's nestled on 25 acres of land surrounded by nature. For your safety and peace of mind, we do have two security cameras onsite, both facing the parking area and the entrance to the chalet. There are no cameras inside or near the private outdoor spa area.
When is the water equipment available?

Our canoe, paddle board, and other water equipment are available for guest use from May through October, weather permitting. Outside of these months, the equipment is safely stored away for the season.
